RESULTS:

ATHLETIC HISTORY: Jangy Addy is a Liberian Decathlete who brought the nation its First International Gold Medal at the 2011 All-Africa Games in Maputo, Mozambique. This is his Second time competing in the Olympics. He completed ALL events at the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics and currently holds Liberia’s National Record in the Decathlon.

***UPDATE*** 8/9 @ 12:45am BST  Addy has completed Day 1 and 2 with a total of 7586 points. Addy ranked 23

*NOTE: The Decathlon is made up of TEN events- 100m, Long Jump, Shot Put, High Jump, 400m, 110m Hurdles, Discus Throw, Pole Vault, Javelin Throw, 1500m
