ATHLETIC HISTORY: Phobay Kutu Akoi is a Liberian sprinter. She currently holds Liberia’s National Record in the 100m sprint. She marks her first appearance at the Olympic Games as Liberia’s Honorable Flag Bearer.
***UPDATE*** 8/3 @ 8:50pm BST Akoi has competed. She will not be advancing.
